How can I get a grant to learn in germany as a foreign student?
I want to learn on germany, may be do you know some organizations or fonds, which can help me by this?

Grants probably aren't exactly what you're looking for as most schools require you be a resident of the state/country and use them in that state/country to get them. You should start looking for scholarships. Try both American and German. A good place to start is http://www.fastweb.com.
