iam an engineering student of electronics and communication branch and completed my studies in june 2010 and iam interested in studing in germany so can you help me to know the best universities of germany where i can find tution fee free.

Look first DAAD.de, a public institution. Study fees are not very high in German, aprox 1.000 -1.600 Euro / year. In some states it is free.
