I'm an international (F1) student from Russia in the US. My mom lives in Germany, and she wants me to go and visit her for Christmas.Russians are supposed to get a visa to go to Germany,so as long as I'm not an american but Russian, I have to get it too. How can I get a visa being in the US?What should I do?

As an international full-time student you have limited rights of travel, you can maximum take one quarter break, you can leave United states at anytime and come back by showing your I-20 at the port of entry. However you will get a transit visa in germany for that period of visit.
