How do I switch home computers for my foreign exchange student's iPod?
My foreign student is from Germany and she has an 8g Nano iPod, 3rd generation. How can I move all her songs to my computer without deleting them and having to download them again, while adding new songs? How do I make my computer the primary source for her iPod?

You have to connect the ipod to the computer. There should be an options thing that pops up. you need to authorize using the ipod with this computer. After that if this student you have downloaded all of her music from itunes there should be an option of syncing the ipods music with your computer. Look around your itunes for syncing options when her ipod is plugged in the computer. It will tell you that you can only do with with about 5 ipods. But just look around for syncing options and you'll probably be able to work that out.

You can try this easy way, just need an ipod to pc transfer. THe tool can help you backup iPod video/audio files to computer, you donĂ¢€™t need to worry about losing anything. And if you need, u can drag the music into your itunes. More information: http://www.aiseesoft.com/ipod-to-computer-transfer.html here is how to use it: first you need download the iPod to Computer Transfer. then plug your iPod to your computer and the iPod to Compouter Transfer can automatically find it. your just need to pick up all the songs you need to transfer and click transfer button. then you have your iPod songs on your computer. Have a good day!
