How can I apply for UK adult student Visa?
I am currently under a student exchange program in Germany. I got accepted in an university in UK and the course start in January. However,my student exchange program ends at January too.Which means I will have no time to go back to my home country for those visa application and I need to finish the Visa application here or it will be too late. Do I need to fill in those visa application form and send it to the UK embassy? If yes,which one?

The British Embassy in Germany has outsourced the visa application process to a commercial partner, WorldBridge. You need to fill the application form online and must make the payment of the visa fee (€277) online unless you apply in Düsseldorf where you also can pay in cash. After that you will need to get an appointment to have your biometrics and fingerprints taken. Those appointments can be made at the WorldBridge Visa Application Centres in Berlin, Düsseldorf, or Munich. After having done the biometrics at Berlin or Munich you will need to mail the printed out application form together with your supporting documents to the WorldBridge Visa Application Centre in Düsseldorf, in order to be forwarded in bulk to the Border Agency Office at the U.K. Consulate General in Düsseldorf, the only place in Germany where visa decision are made. If you have gotten your appointment in Düsseldorf you can also drop off your application package at the application centre. The application can be lodged up to 3 months prior to the proposed travel date; do it as early as possible since your details might be referred to the U.K. Border Agency office in your home country which may take quire a while.
